%T Cumulus feedback effects in heavy rainfall<br>暴雨中积云对流的反馈机制

%X A heavy rainfall case in Chinese Meiyu season is studied with mesoscale experiment data. It is shown that cumulus convection has strong feedback on the mesoscale heat and moisture fields. Nitta's cloud spectrum model is solved and parameterization approach is used to study the mechanism of the heating and drying effects caused by cumulus on the environment. Some interesting results are presented in the paper.
