赵平 %A 孙淑清 %J 大气科学 %D 1991 %I %X The stability and the solutions of linear and nonlinear topographically generated Rossby Waves were discussed by using a barotropic semi-geostrophic model. The criterion of nonlinear stability is the same as that of linear one.
