%X South Qinghai consists of Yushuzhou and Guoluozhou. It is a pure pasture area. The paper studies the environment quality from the view point of sustainable development, and analyzes the main obstacle factors of the sustainable development of ecological environments: low oxygen content, low temperature, and pasture degradation. The low content of the oxygen has its natural reason, but the reasons of pasture degradation are bad natural conditions, rat pest and overgrazing.
