%X A relatively simple model of the sea-atmosphere interactive climatic oscillator is set up. By using enstrophy function and Melnikov function, the phenomena of the vibration, bifurcation and chaos of a sea-atmosphere climatic system were discussed. The major conclusions of the analysis are that the system has a only bifurcation and a only limiting cycle, and that both definite and quasi-stochastic behaviours will occur in the climatic system.
