基于单端耦合SOA的波长转换器啁啾特性分析 %A ( %A
董建绩 %A 张新亮 %A 黄德修 %J 光子学报 %D 2005 %I %X A new all optical wavelength converter (AOWC) using single port coupled semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) based on cross gain modulation (XGM) was brought forward, and a dynamic model was presented. Based on the dynamic model, factors which affect converted signal chirp, such as signal power, probe power, output extinction ratio, input extinction ratio, were analyzed respectively.
