%X The summary of many earthquake examples and the field experiment have proved that the well flow observation is one of the observational items which can reflect earthquake sensitively.However,the long-term stability of well flow observation,especially,the micro-flow observation technology,has not been effectively solved until now,so the flow observation of the artesian well has been an exploratory and auxiliary observation item.On the basis of artificial observation of the volume or weight which generally used at seismostations now,combining with the principles and methods of direct mass flowmeter and weighting,a new kind of high precision digital flow observation apparatus is designed with the relative measurement method.
