%X On the basis of the analysis of velocity field,deformation field and strain field of Sichuan-Yunnan area,we proposed the complex deformation model with coexistence of clockwise rotation around eastern Himalayan syntaxis,stretch,compress and shear deformation in Sichuan-Yunnan area.The acting forces for the eastward extrusion of the matter in plateau and NEE-ward continuous wedging act of the Assam Cape are the principal drive forces.
