%X In this paper, the Second Eurasian Continental Bridge is described as the link between the European Union Network and the Eastern China Network. According to this concept, compositions of the European Union Network and the Eastern China Network are described. The situations of international cooperation and ecological environment in Asia, especially in the Middle Asian area, is analyzed, which is centered on transportation. The contents and courses of the Pan-European transport and environment cohesion are stated
