%X Based on the basic geographical methodology, comprehensive geographical regionzation and the model construction process of region geographical system, the spatial scale and the occurancl frequency of geographical events were discussed for construcing the hierarchy system of geographical features; which can express dynamically the spatial temperal distribution of geographical events. Firstly we conduct the basic research on the geographical data flux and its organization mode and the mechanic of the geographical event, the the effect of geographical system on constructing the digital earth were discussed in detail
