%X In this paper, system RoT and a novel intercell interference control scheme for TD-SCDMA HSUPA(High-Speed Uplink Packet Access) based on system RoT is presented. The scheme controls the user admission and the resource distribution according to the information of users’ geometry. System simulation results proves that this scheme improves the system performance.
