%X This paper puts forward a method for nonlinear 3D rectangular coordinate transformation based on improved Guass-Newton method. It resolves the problems that the conventional linear model is unsuitable for large-rotation-angle 3D coordinate transformation. This method has many characteristics, such as calculating simply, converging rapidly, relying less on the initial values of 7 transformational parameters, facilitating program realization. A simulation example proves its validity finally.
