Model echoes as multi-harmonic micro-Doppler one in order to obtain the connection between target amplitude ratio and frequency domain peak ratio and the relationship between maximum Doppler frequency and target amplitudes. Thus, the method estimating target vibrational parameters is deduced. The method is applicable to the target detections as long as the echoes has multi-harmonic micro-Doppler signatures.
