吴 舟 %A 赵春晖 %J 电子与信息学报 %D 2008 %I %X MIMO technology can utilize spatial multiplexing in link level or use multiuser scheduling in system level to increase system capacity. However it is not enough only to optimize the performance of link level or only to schedule the multiuser in system level respectively. Combining both to optimize can obtain higher system capacity. A novel Cross Optimization Scheduling Algorithm (COSA) is proposed, which combines the scheduling strategy in system level with the physical optimization in link level and water-filling algorithm is used to adjust power allocation of each antenna.
