%X An uplink power iterative algorithm is proposed for CDMA network planning. In the iteration, the mobile station is dynamically assigned to the home station which can minimize the mobile station transmitted power according to the load of the base stations. So the transmitted power of the mobile station and the received power of the base station is converged. The convergence of the algorithm is analyzed in therotical, and simulation results demonstrate the correctness of theoretical analysis. The presented algorithm can be implemented easily by computer. Thus it can be used for practical network planning.
