%X Chip equalization is one of the key technologies for improving the performance of the 3rd generation mobile communication system. In order to enhance the performance of the chip equalizer, a new scheme of chip equalizer jointed with pilot cancellation and Rake is presented in this paper. Computer simulations show that the new scheme effectively improves the performance of the receiver.
