%X Aiming at the analysis for the service performance of independent intelligent peripheral, this paper presents the performance model based on queueing network. With the analysis of the service features and the basic information flow of the CRBT (Color Ring Back Tone) service deployed on the independent intelligent peripheral, Some performance metrics are obtained through using the approximate Mean Value Analysis(MVA) algorithm. These metrics help to find the bottleneck of the system and improve the quality of service. Finally, OPNET is used to simulate the system, and verified the accuracy of this model.
