Because of the decrease of altitude during SAR operation, the SAR image obtained by common used imaging algorithm is seriously distorted. In the paper, the geometric distortion correction method of the SAR image related to subaperture RD algorithm is presented. Especially, the errors of geometric distortion correction are analyzed.
