%X An autonomous negotiation model is proposed in allusion to the application of E-commerce. In this model, some vectors are employed to describe the formalization of negotiation issues; the two utility functions are defined to depict the utility evaluation mechanism; the Bayesian decision making is introduced to realize the self-learning of agent during negotiation; the traditional contract net protocol is extended to control orderly the two-sided negotiation interaction; and integrating with the agent self-learning, three kinds of proposal strategies are provided. As is testified by practice, the model turns out to be effective and practical.
