%X In order to realize the micropayment protocol with both full fairness and non-unit payment function,the concept of Double PayWord Chain(DPWC) and the realization mechanism of non-unit payment are presented first in this paper. Using DPWC,a new Fair Mobile Micropayment Protocol(FMMP) based on Data Service Management Platform(DSMP) is developed. The new protocol consists of 5 subprotocols:registration,payment,arbitration,settlement and cancellation. Full fair payment and non-unit payment can be provided by FMMP. In addition,FMMP has characteristics of security,efficiency and nonrepudiation.
