%X Electrical conductive Ca-doped lanthanum chromate coating was synthesized by sol-gel process on Fe-Cr alloy substrate.The component of sol was analyzed by means of IR and UV.The phase transformation and surface morphologies of the coating were investigated by DTA,TG,XRD,SEM and AFM.The electric conductivity was measured by four probe method.According to the result,a coating with roughness form 60 to 70 nm and thickness from 300 to 400 nm can be prepared through repetitively coating with low concentration so...
