%X Bidirectional associative memory models with axonal signal transmission delays are two-layer heteroassociative networks. In this paper, existence and uniqueness of periodic solutions are emphatically discussed for BAM with axonal signal transmission delays. A sufficient condition is obtained. Correctness for obtained results are verified by use of a numerical example. The obtained results have improtant leading significance in the design and application of oscillatory neural circuits for BAM with axonal signal transmission delays.
