渗Al/溅射NiCrAlY涂层在NaCl和水蒸气综合作用下的腐蚀行为 %A REN Xin %A
任鑫 %J 腐蚀科学与防护技术 %D 2008 %I %X 采用SEM、XRD和EPMA等手段,研究了溅射NiCrAlY涂层渗Al前后在700℃盐和水蒸气下的腐蚀行为.结果表明:溅射涂层中的Cr和表面生成的Cr2O3会与盐和水蒸气反应,涂层与基体产生剥离,腐蚀相当严重,失去保护作用;渗Al涂层表面形成了单相的薄而致密的Al2O3膜,Al2O3保护膜在盐和水蒸气环境中具有很高的化学稳定性,可以对原溅射涂层起到有效的保护作用. %K sputtered coating %K aluminizing %K corrosion
