%X The requirement of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is a very important network performance index for organizing and planning mobile telecommunication network. The paper put emphasis on researching the ideal network topographical structure which could ensure the electromagnetic compatibility within a plane mobile telecommunication network, analyzing and researching how to consider the selection of the number n of frequency group in network cluster and the modules M of network trellis under the requirement of electromagnetic compatibility.
