%X In this paper an excellent performance spectrum estimation algotithm based on wavelet transform is given. Because of the joint time-frequency localization characteristic of wavelet transform,this algotithm is also used in the spectrum estimation of short data series. The results of computer simulation illustrate that this method achieves high resolution, high accuracy, and low SNR threshold.
