%X Sparse-array Synthetic Impulse and Aperture Radar (SIAR) can isotropically radiate so that the long-time coherent integration can be obtained. But there are some problems in the process. An effective method of the long-time coherent integration is presented, which includes simply implemented motion compensation and time-frequency analysis. The result shows that the novel radar (SIAR) system has better performance for weak target detection.
