%X In this paper,the photoelectric theodolite follow up measurement was simulated by computer programming.The whole progress was divided into the principle of finding shot object,the progress of the photoelectric theodolite view axis running after shot object,the getting of hitting condition,the mathematical simulation of tested going into and going out the photoelectric theodolite view field,the 2D displaying of measurement progress,and so on.The emulate experiment result was given.
