周凯明 %A 胡雄伟 %A 刘海涛 %A 葛璜 %A 安贵仁 %J 光子学报 %D 2001 %I %X In this paper we analyze the mode selection of FGECSL using coupled cavity laser theory.In order to get stable high MSR output,short external cavity and short fiber grating should be used.We fabricated two FGECSLs,Q 1 and Q 2.Q 1 is with short external cavity (<2mm) and short fiber grating (4mm) and Q 2 is with longer external cavity (about 20mm) and longer fiber grating (17mm).The MSR of these two lasers,are 35dB and 10dB respectively. %K Fiber grating %K External cavity %K Semiconductor
