%X Based on the whitening property of wavelet transformation for 1/f noise, the problem of detecting deterministic signals in the presence of 1/f fractal noise is addressed. The transfer function of whitening filter is provided, the receiver structure based on Karhunen-Loeve expansion and the decision rule are also given. Finally performance of the receiver is analyzed and the experimental results are presented.
