%X Mode field of rectangle waveguides are analyzed using Marcatili method to determine the dependence of the gap between output waveguides and the lateral V parameter on the crosstalk of array waveguide grating (AWG) demultiplexers,as well as the polarization characteristics of the crosstalk with different lateral index contrast,which can be used for the design of AWG demultiplexers
