%X Non contacting fiber sensor occupies an important position for its good antijamming,high sensibility and perfect insulation In this paper,the design proposal of fiber sensor system for detecting the movement condition of bearing in a large scale turbogenerator is presented The construction based on shading ray and mathematics model for three point makes a circle is discussed particularly At the same time,an emphasis is focused on the hinge technique,such as double opto circuit,which include reference ray channel and main measuring channel,modulation and demodulation,and parallel data acquisition At last,the paper provide experiment data of the fiber sensor systetm,which indicated that the system can perfectly worked in measuring the oil layer thickness The system can be widely used in many fields with perfect recompose
