%X The paper provided a method of integrating parametric 2D design and FEM modeling in aninstrument structure design CAD system, which was programmed in AutoLISP on AutoCAD. Thestandard part was stored as parametric drawing block,and the typical assembly was stored as the fileof parametric patchy drawing in a tree-like database. It is an economical,practical and feasible CADsystem.
