阎金良 %A 石中和 %J 光子学报 %D 1998 %I %X The ion barrier film at the input face of MCP plays a role of improving the lifetime of the third generation image tube. This paper describes the conventional technology of ion barrier film at the input face of MCP and the effect of conventional technology on the electric performance of MCP,suggests a new processing technique for preparing ion barrier film at the input face of MCP. The experimental results show that the new processing technique doesn' t increase the carbon contamination in inner channel surface,has no effect on the electric performance of MCP. %K Microchannel plate %K Ion barrier film %K Third generation image tube
