%X The third-order optical nonlinearities of two vertically stacked circular quantum dots are investigated.The formula for the third harmonic generation of coupled two quantum dots is derived by means of density matrix.The numerical results are presented for GaAs coupled two quantum dots. Finally,taking GaAs coupled quantum dotes as an example it is plotted the third harmonic generation versus the photons energy and the number of electrons in the two quantum dots.
