%X Objective To evaluate the clinical value of three-dimensional color Doppler flow imaging(3D-CDFI) in the renal cell carcinoma with vascular characteristics.Methods The 3D-CDFI was used to analyze the interior and peripheral vascular characteristics of the tumors in 71 patients with renal cell carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathological test.Results The accuracy rate of diagnosis by ultrasonography was 95.8%(68/71).The vascular characteristics of renal cell carcinoma in 68 patients could be classified in...
