%X Ar+,He-Ne, LD, YAP lasers were used to irradiate the pectinase-producing strains. High yielding strains of pectinase have been obtained after the different lasers irradiation. Especially,while He-Ne and LD lasers irradiated,the strains,whose enzyme activity is greater than 2 times,have been stably used in production. Based on the absorption spectrum of ASP and DNA,and the observation of electron microscopy,the mechanism of laser inducement is discussed in this paper.
