%X In this paper,the thermography nondestractive testing by noncrystalline silicon solarbattery breaking loading has been described.The theory and practical technique are developed to detectthe structure and characteristics of the measured object,and find out the potential defects,and analyzethe defects quantitatively in kind of materials,It is of great volue in industrial nondestructive testingapplications.
