%X The difference between theoretical calculation results of melt components and experiment data is discussed in the growth of GaAs photocathode materials by LPE. On the base of experiments, convenient empirical formulae of the melt components have been found by least-squares fit. High quality materials of GaAs photocathode have been grown on the melt components with the aid of the expirical formulae.
