%X In this paper,laser Prepagation Principles in biological tissue have been studied.Mathematical model suitable for Monte Carlo simulation has been built.Photon transportationprinciples in different tis,sues have been simulated and examined.it is shown that by this model laserpropagation principles in homogeneous and heterogeneous tissue may be correctly simtilated ,and relations of tissue optical properties with some nieasurable physical quantities such as diffusereflectance.diffuse transmittance and flux cotild be resulted.
