%X The contribution of anodic electric field to cathodic protection potential distribution of a tank bottom for different depths of anode and different horizontal distances between anode and tank is studied through calculating examples. Calculated results suggest that the influence of anodic electric field on cathodic protection potential distribution of external tank bottom should not be neglected in general.
