用于制备纯钛表面新型PEO 陶瓷膜最佳电解液配方研究 %A 张伟 %A 杜克勤 %A 严川伟 %A 王福会 %J 腐蚀科学与防护技术 %D 2009 %I %X Four types of PEO electrolytes containing Ca,P and Si have been prepared for fabrication of Si-incorporated PEO film on pure titanium.The PEO process and the microstructure and composition of PEO film obtained in the four electrolytes were investigated respectively.The results showed that the thickness of PEO film formed in solution D was the highest with an appearance very uniform and smooth.SEM observation indicated that this PEO film present very high porosity and the size of micro-pores in the film were uniform and consistent.EPMA analysis showed that the bioactive element Ca,P,Si in solution D had been highly incorporated into the PEO film.Therefore,Solution D was considered to be the preferable electrolyte for PEO process. %K pure titanium %K PEO %K ceramic film %K bioactivity
