%X One of the worst and dangerous destructive failure of pipeline steels is stress corrosion cracking(SCC).SCC was affected by some factors.So an overview of the study of the affecting factors for SCC is made in this article.The type and characteristic of SCC were introduced.The effects of dynamic factors(stress and strain rate) and environmental factors(aggressive ions,pH,temperature,dissolved oxygen and applied potential) on SCC were analyzed.The existed problems were also summarized.And the further directio...
