The most suitable TaqMan primer and probe, PCR system and PCR condition were suggested from the experiments on GMT real-time PCR quantity detecting methods using DNA Engine Opticon 2 real-time PCR. The Z-score from CORESTA genetic modified tobacco testing ring trial confirmed the accuracy and stability of this methods. %K Tobacco GMO testing Real-time PCR
