%X Through the solution of rate equation with Langevin noise of semiconductor 1aser, the noise characteristics of semiconductor 1aser are given. Its artificial neural network(ANN)model is developed. The theoretical calculation is used to provide training and testing samples for the ANN. We find that the results of simulation are well agreed with numerical calculation results. The model has the advantages of accuracy and high efficiency.
