%J 材料科学技术学报 %D 1999 %I %X By using Morse potential model, we calculate the temperature dependence of critical resolved shear stress (CRSS) of some single crystals. Dislocation-phonon interaction is considered in this paper. Theoretical calculations fit experimental law well. Investigations show: interatomic force is the physical intrinsic that controls the plastic deformation processing of materials, and the temperature dependence of CRSS mainly comes from the temperature dependence of dislocation vibration. %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=5B3AB970F71A803DEACDC0559115BFCF0A068CD97DD29835&cid=84529CA2B2E519AC&jid=324DC3CAB22330DB19158AE0A9B7BFA5&aid=E4934E0BD94042B53D3086EBE73566ED&yid=B914830F5B1D1078&vid=23CCDDCD68FFCC2F&iid=E158A972A605785F&sid=A2745AA1110798CA&eid=AA5FB09E1F81059E&journal_id=1005-0302&journal_name=材料科学技术学报&referenced_num=0&reference_num=0
