罗守靖 %A 程远胜 %A 杜之明 %J 材料研究学报 %D 2005 %I %X The pseudo-semi-solid thixoforming was proposed and the main technical process was explained by satellite angle frames experiment with 2024 Al alloy and SiCp. The ceramics matrix composites can be formed by pseudo-semi-solid thixoforming and the forming temperature was much lower than the melting temperature of the high-melting phase-nano-powder. The samples formed by pseudo-semi-solid thixoforming have homogeneous and compact microstructure, certain plastic deformation and higher hardness.
