郭绍义 %A 茅东升 %A 郦剑 %A 毛志远 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1998 %I %X The friction and wear properties of hot-pressed Al2O3-TiC-Co advanced composites under single abrasive, which have been made by use of Al2O3 and TiC powders chemically coated with cobalt film on their surfaces, have been studied in this paper with the help of an in-situ observation apparatus in scanning election microscopes (SEM). The experiments show that the friction behaviors of Al2O3-TiC-Co vary with different wear environments. The experiments rates of Al2O3-TiC-Co materials parabolicly increase with wear load increasing. The results also indicate that the microcutting and brittle fractures are the dominant mechanisms. %K Al2O3-TiC-Co composite %K friction coefficient %K wear rate %K wear mechanism
