%J 材料科学技术学报 %D 2001 %I %X The microstructure evolution of mechanical alloyed Mo-66.7%Si powder using the high-energy ball mill has been studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that MoSi2 can be synthesized by MA of Mo-66.7%Si powder mixtures.
