%X A new nano silver particle in silver colloid was prepared.Compared with the traditional nano silver the new nano silver in silver colloid has higher transparence and stronger SERS.It has been found that the Raman enhancement is about 400 times and 70 times when indolebutyric acid and pararosaniline reagent was adsorbed on the new nano silver
