金韬 %J 光子学报 %D 2003 %I %X A novel inter-satellite tracking system with high sensitivity and precision has been developed. The key feature of the system is the incident beam conical scan caused by LiNbO 3 crystals with linear electro-optic effect. The incident beam direction can be estimated by coherent detection.
