徐捷 %A 朱信华 %A 孟中岩 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1997 %I %X The interfacial diffusion reaction between PZT and PNN phases in FGM ceramics has been investigated as a function of the sintering temperature and time respectively. The compositional distribution peofiles of the interaction region were examined by electron probe microbeam analysis(EPMA) under the same condition. According to the diffusion model, the concentration distribution profiles were simulated by the computer. The diffusion coemcient and activation energy for Ni2+, Nb5+, Ti4+ and Zr4+ have been esti-mated.
